Mohammad Javad Azari Jahromi, the minister of information and telecommunication technologies of the Islamic Republic of Iran, has confirmed that the project for creating of national Iranian cryptocurrency headed over the next stage of development. As  IRNA informs, the minister said that the test model is ready, and at the moment it is considered and approved. In the nearest future the new cryptocurrency will be presented to the banking system. The details of the pilot project are confidential. But the project of new cryptocurrency is developing in a very difficult period of time for financial system of Iran. The reason of it is the threat of new financial sanctions on the part of the United States. Because of it the iranian rial is at the record low level.
