Within seminar of China Electronic Information Industry Development (CCID) the initiative of the Chinese authorities to create an independent rating system for blockchain technology was identified. The evaluation index of the blockchain, according to words of government members, will become a way to study the technological possibilities, usefulness of each of the innovation projects and determine their level, in order to better understand the development trend of the blockchain.First of all, they are going to consider 28 blockchain projects, among them there are Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Cardano, Starcoin, NEO and others. Their capabilities and prospects will be studied at a research institute that is responsible for technological research, development, and software testing. The first results of this testing will be published very soon, on the official website of the Chinese Institute of Development of the electronic information industry.
